.ON JULY 31ST pictures of a Russian Mi-8 transport chopper, crashed and burning, started spreading on social networks. That by itself was not uncommon: Ukrainian powers have rejected credit ratings of choppers because the Russian infiltration started. Much more unusual was the insurance claim in the Ukrainian press that this chopper had actually been actually downed through a small drone. A video launched due to the country's armies a couple of days eventually appeared to offer support to that insurance claim: the video footage (view listed below) reveals a drone hitting another Russian aircraft, this time an Mi-28 assault helicopter, supposedly compeling it to make an emergency touchdown. Were these blessed hits-- or even signs of a development in airborne combat?
